Stockland has received the green light to develop North Sydney’s tallest office tower, which will stand 51 storeys high with an estimated end value of $1.4 billion upon completion.
Situated at 110-122 Walker Street, the 59,000sqm Affinity Place development will feature commercial office and retail space, bicycle parking, end-of-trip facilities, car parking and loading facilities.
The building, which brings together three sites, will also feature a sky garden, views of Sydney Harbour and the CBD, and include a publicly accessible pedestrian link from Walker Street to Little Spring Street.
