Many new entrepreneurs dismiss business ethics as an additional burden to bear and do not use them in the company. However, this are far from the truth. Without ethics, a company is incomplete. You cannot work in a corrupt manner and gain the confidence of your buyers and employees. I have been working as a marketing professional and have witnessed that the companies that follow ethics are always respected and loved by the customers. They not only have higher sales but higher recognition and credibility in the market and their community. They are always a step ahead of those who don’t follow any such practices.
